REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY
All refund and transfer requests must be made in writing via email.
Include your full name, CASI member number, and the course date(s) and location(s).
Please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
Fee
Applies to both cancellations and transfers.

50+ days before course start: No fee

35–49 days before course start: 30% of course fee

21–34 days before course start: 60% of course fee

0–20 days before course start or no-show: 100% of course fee; transfers are not permitted
Approved refunds will be issued less the applicable payment processing fee (approximately 4%).
Please note: CASI does not accept new registrations within 2 weeks of the course start date.
Important Notes

Transfers are permitted only to the same program within the same season. If a transfer cannot be accommodated, the cancellation policy will automatically apply.

Medical-related requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis and require valid supporting documentation.

The Peak or JOI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs without notice. In cancellation cases, course fees will be refunded in full. The Peak, JOI and CASI-ACMS are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other personal expenses.

If accommodation is purchased as an optional add-on through The Peak's licensed accommodation partner, any cancellation or refund will be subject to the accommodation cancellation policy stated in the first section above.

CASI membership dues are non-refundable.

Membership Requirements & Eligibility

CASI membership must be current for all courses above Level 1, including re-tests.

The Peak and JOI cannot process your registration if your membership fees are not paid.

If you register for a course without valid membership, you are not eligible for a refund.

If membership is unpaid and you arrive at the course, you will not be allowed to participate, and no refund will be issued.
